Eko is the original name of Lagos, the most populous city in Africa. Helena and Anthony have embraced their heritage, love of travel and craft beer to create something special. Tonic founder, Rob Ellison, caught up with them in the midst of lockdown, house renovations and caring for their two children as well as brewing their Craft beer. While the most recent addition to their family also had a lot to say, Rob was keen to chat with them about the Eko journey and their story.
