Angelos Bafas (@Mr.ungarnished) left a promising career in Greece to pursue his passion for hospitality in London. Now Group Head of Bars at Creative Restaurant Group, he oversees venues like Nipperkin, NIJU, HUMO, and Kioku by Endo.

His debut book, HYPER Drinks, showcases over 80 recipes and reflects his philosophy of simplicity, sustainability, and locality behind the bar.
